Consultant Clinical Scientist, currently Head of the POCT Division at Prince Sultan Military Medical City, Central Laboratory & Blood Bank, Riyadh, and Point of Care Testing Program Project Leader at the Health Support Service Center, Ministry of Health, Saudi Arabia.

A Consultant for clinical use of Point of Care Testing, she obtained her M.Sc. in Biomedical Science (Clinical Chemistry – Point of Care Testing), completing her project in designing a training program for the use of Point of Care Glucose Monitoring Device in clinical practice.
She earned her Ph.D. in the area of Point of Care Testing to facilitate early intervention in the Emergency Department.

She is also a member of the Saudi Point of Care Testing Association and a Board Member of the Saudi Society for Clinical Chemistry.

She frequently speaks at national and international healthcare events and is a key opinion leader for Point of Care Testing in Saudi Arabia.
She has published and presented several papers in various national and international journals.
