He earned his Ph.D. in Infection, Immunity & Inflammation from the University of Leicester in 2014, specializing in the physiology of Mycobacterium tuberculosis within human lung granulomas.

In 2015, he was appointed Head of the Mycobacteriology Department, followed by his promotion to Head of the Microbiology Department in 2016.

In 2022, Dr. Binjomah assumed the role of Director of the Riyadh Regional Laboratory and Blood Bank.
In 2024, he was appointed General Manager of Laboratories at the Ministry of Environment, Water & Agriculture.

Currently, Dr. Binjomah serves at the Public Health Authority, contributing to national efforts in disease surveillance, laboratory biosafety, and public health initiatives.

In addition to his administrative and scientific contributions, he holds an academic position as an Associate Professor at the College of Medicine, Alfaisal University.
